Job Qualification Requirements:
EDUCATION: Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human
Resources, or Psychology, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 48 months of progressively work experience in the field of Human Resources management.
SPECIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: (1) Must have knowledge and skills
in/of: (a) Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems; (b) Administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, and managing files and records. (c) Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and

records administration; (b) Human Resource management and workforce administration tools such as Monday.com and Deel HR, used for recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance monitoring, payroll administration, workforce planning, and business operations; (c) Communication and collaboration applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Outlook, and Gmail, used for business correspondence, virtual meetings, team coordination, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement; and (d) Office productivity, documentation, and cloud-based collaboration applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Suite (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft
PowerPoint), used for preparing reports, maintaining records, analyzing information, managing documents, and supporting business operations.
